Practical Effect was founded more than a decade ago on the following three beliefs:
 
  1. That CLIENTS should have access to hands-on senior counsel.
  2. The WORK should be truly customized to the specific needs & situation of the client.
  3. The strategic PLAN should be clearly pragmatic to the budget and goals of the client.

Craig is a marketing comunications professional with more than 26 years of agency and corporate in-house experience. His strengths in strategic planning, initiating change and change management, business development, profitability and growth, management and cross-function team buiding, crisis communication, mergers/acquistions and IPOs are areas of value to clients with an eye toward return-on-investment. Craig's creative mind is the driving force behind many of Practical Effect's client initiatives and successes.

 

Craig has had the opportunity to provide counsel and be involved with some of the most signficant name brands in North America, including Procter & Gamble, General Motors, American Airlines, Mattel, Sega, Sunkist, McDonalds, RJ Reynolds, NIssan, Albertsons, Mitsubishi, 7-Eleven, Bridgstone, Wyndham, Starwood, among others.  (more)

Jan Fambro

Jan has more than 20 years of strategic communications planning, and project and event managment in the marketing, communications and public relations area, and has worked with recent clients that include: Raytheon, County of Los Angeles, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Triathlon Business International, and Logix Federal Credit Union, She has also been a member of the press teams for three Olympic Games, five Los Angeles Marathons, 11 Los Angeles Triathlons and two World All-Star Baseball Games. For the Los Angeles visit of Pope John Paul II, she was an integral part of the operations team.

 

Fambro is a professional who is recognized for her management skills and organizational experience while working with clients and projects that require adherence to critical timelines and milestones, and smooth ochestration of diverse teams in combination with creatng and working within precise budgetary parameters.
