Craig Rexroad
Founder and Principal
Craig is a senior communications professional with more than two decades of agency and corporate in-house experience. His strengths are strategic planning, public relations, change management including profitability and growth, business development, government relations (local, state, federal), management and cross-function team building, crisis communication, mergers/acquisitions and IPOs. These are the building blocks that create the synergistic relationship between strategic communications and business success. Craig's creative mind is the driving force behind many of Practical Effect's client initiatives and successes.
Craig has had the opportunity to provide counsel and be involved with some of the most significant name brands in North America, including Thai Union/Chicken of the Sea, Procter & Gamble, General Motors, American Airlines, Mattel, Sega, Sunkist, McDonalds, RJ Reynolds, NIssan, Albertsons, Mitsubishi, 7-Eleven, Bridgestone, Wyndham, Starwood, among others.
Jan Fambro
Principal
Jan has more than 25 years of strategic communications planning, and project and event management in the marketing, communications and public relations areas for both the agency and private sectors. Some of her representative clients include: Georgetown (TX) Neuroscience Foundation, the Counties of Los Angeles and San Diego, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, American Honda, PG&E (SoCal wildfires), and Logix Federal Credit Union. She has also been a member of the media teams for three Olympic Games, five Los Angeles Marathons, 11 Los Angeles Triathlons and two World All-Star Baseball Games. For the Los Angeles visit of Pope John Paul II, she was an integral part of the operations team.
Fambro is a professional who is recognized for her management skills and organizational experience while working with clients and projects that require adherence to critical timelines and milestones, and smooth orchestration of diverse teams in combination with creating and working within precise budgetary parameters.
